As a mother of two "Super-Smarty-Pants", I understand the importance of providing good learning tools in an environment that is not only educational, but unique and fun! I also understand the frustration that comes from the lack-luster products that are available at your local super stores. Sometimes you just want something unique! That's where we come in.
SuperSmartyPants.net features many items that have been hand-crafted by artisans from around the country, as well as a wide variety of hard-to-find, award-winning items sure to please your "Super-Smarty-Pants" and you.
How many times have you taken your child to the giant-toy-store to purchase the new must-have-toy-of-the-moment, only to find empty shelves, and less than helpful sales people? After you search three "SUPER STORES" you finally find must-have toy, bring it home, and after 5 minutes of playing with it, your child realizes that it's not as "cool" as it looked on TV, two parts have already fallen off and parent and child are very disappointed. This must-have-toy-of-the-moment finds its way to the bottom of the toy-box with the rest of the "must-have" "has-beens".

WE ARE CURRENTLY ABLE TO SHIP TO CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY!
-Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of order. Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore may ship separately from the rest of your order. Most in stock items will ship within 3 days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates and due to the fact that many of our items are custom made, shipping times may vary slightly. SuperSmartyPants.net reserves the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice to ensure that the most efficient and cost effective method is utilized at the time of purchase. We will ship all orders ground (5-7 days)via one of the following carriers - USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL. Certain orders may be expedited. Please contact us for a shipping quote and to check availability BEFORE placing your order. Free shipping promotions apply to Ground shipping only. Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping details which will include the shipping carrier that will be used, and a tracking number when applicable.
Gift Certificates and Coupons
Gift certificates will be mailed to recipient 24 hours after order has been placed. Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

Total = $10-$49.99 Shipping = $9.95
Total = $50-$149.99 Shipping = $14.95
Total = $150-$249.99 Shipping = $19.95
Total = $250-499.99 Shipping = $34.95
Total = $500+ Shipping = FREE!
*A $2.00 handling fee will apply to all orders to help offset shipping supply costs.
-Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We stand behind the quality of our products. You may return certain items, in their original condition, up to 15 days after purchase. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If SuperSmartyPants.net has made a mistake, or if the item was damaged in transport, we will pay for return shipping. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 30% of purchase price. All sales are final on custom made or personalized items. Products considered to be hygienic items, including but not limited to, bed linens, potties, eating utensils, etc. MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
-Exchanges
Certain items may be exchanged within 15 days after item has been purchased. Item must be unused in original condition and in original packaging. Items considered to be hygienic items, including but not limited to, bed linens, potties, eating utensils etc. MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. SuperSmartyPants.net has the right to refuse to exchange any item that is deemed by us to be a "hygienic" item. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer on exchanged items.
Cancelled or Refused Orders that have already shipped will be billed a 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways. Free shipping promotions will not apply to cancelled or refused orders that have already shipped.
